- 密码错、验证码过期，或账号还要邮箱验证。
- 登录需要地区、邀请码或第三方应用。
- 试几次后被限流或锁定。
- 密码对了之后崩溃，看起来仍像 2.1。

- 退出登录，装干净包，只按审核备注走
- 审核员过不了的验证码 / 验证码 / 设备绑定
- 是否存在访客或审核模式，并且写进了备注
